Open data API and MCP server
The prices and terms on our released pages, as static JSON files and through an MCP server for AI assistants. Read-only, no key, no sign-in. Only what the pages show: no draft pages, no treatments we have not published.

Every file starts with generated_at, data_version, licence and cite_as; every row carries the address of the page it appears on and its observed date. Prices are in the currency the clinic publishes; usd_approx is our conversion with the rates in fx.json. A row with stale: true was checked long ago and the price may have changed. The files are rebuilt with the site; there are 3,844 rows on 134 route pages today.
MCP server
Address https://medtourism.guide/api/mcp — Streamable HTTP, stateless JSON-RPC (initialize, tools/list, tools/call), no sign-in. Tools:

Each result includes the page address, the observed date and the line to cite. Limit: 60 requests a minute per IP address. We log one row per tool call — date, tool, the client name it sends and the country — never the IP address or the query.
How to cite
medtourism.guide, <page title>, observed <date>, with a link to the page. Each route and file gives its own cite_as line.
Terms of use
Free to query and to cite. Each figure you use must link to the medtourism.guide page it comes from, with the observed date. Bulk copying or redistribution of the dataset, or of a substantial part of it, needs our written permission. Prices are as clinics published them on their own websites on the observed date; they may have changed since.
