Confirm whether your appointment is in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, or elsewhere in the bay area. Ask for the municipality and state with the street address. This also helps identify the appropriate local authority if you later need to raise a concern about the facility.

Where are the clinics?

Vallarta Medical Center lists Avenida Los Tules 136 in Díaz Ordaz. Hospital CMQ lists its City Center facility at Basilio Badillo 365, Colonia Emiliano Zapata, and CMQ Premiere at Avenida Francisco Villa 1749, Colonia Vallarta Villas.

CMQ’s page also lists a separate Bucerías facility in Nayarit. Ask which branch will provide each appointment; a group name alone is insufficient for arranging transport. Request the entrance and floor, and confirm whether any tests or reviews take place at a different site.

Who can I complain to locally?

Jalisco’s Medical Arbitration Commission, CAMEJAL, publishes a medical-complaint procedure. It asks for identification and evidence of the care received.
