Travelling to Antalya for treatment
For visas, payment arrangements and medical documents, start with Travelling to Turkey for treatment. This page covers arrival, clinic locations and the local route for raising concerns in Antalya.
How do I get there?
Consult Antalya Airport for the airport and flight information relevant to your arrival. Have your provider confirm the terminal, meeting point and contact number for any arranged pickup.
Ask for the complete treatment address before accepting a transport itinerary. If a clinic’s package includes several appointments, request the site for each one and clarification of any transfer to a separate hospital. Confirm how you and the driver will communicate if a flight delay changes the first appointment.
Where are the clinics?
Clinic Antalya/Dr Namık Yılmaz lists Kuşkavağı Mahallesi, 542 Sokak, Yakamoz Plaza 1/4, Konyaaltı. Myra Dental Centre lists Şirinyalı Mahallesi, İsmet Gökşen Caddesi 114.
These addresses identify particular practices, rather than a single citywide clinic district. Ask the provider to specify its building entrance, floor and the facility where a procedure will take place. Check whether later reviews use the same location. Keep the written address available to the person collecting you, especially when the provider operates under more than one trading name.
Who can I complain to locally?
The Antalya Provincial Health Directorate’s patient-rights unit publishes local patient-rights information. Its HBBS notice directs patients to the ministry’s application system.
Ask the directorate which route covers your provider and how a foreign patient without a Turkish identity record should apply. Confirm accepted languages, supporting evidence and a way to follow the case from abroad.
For national bodies and licence-checking information, see Travelling to Turkey for treatment.
What should I know about the place?
Antalya’s governor’s office describes health tourism as a sector being developed alongside the province’s existing tourism infrastructure. A sector-development statement does not demonstrate a particular treatment’s effectiveness.
