Our reading
Three clinics in Switzerland publish a current price for a health check-up. Prices were read on the clinics' own websites on 26 October 2026, and all are in Swiss francs.
All three packages are given at the basic level. Swiss Med Team in Winterthur publishes CHF 549 for its Health Check Basis: a specialist consultation, blood and urine tests, ECG, vital measurements and a follow-up discussion of results. The duration is not stated.
Praxis am Bahnhof Bäch publishes CHF 680 for its Grund-Check-up, which takes about four hours. It covers blood tests, a physical examination, spirometry, resting and stress ECG, vision and hearing tests, a results discussion, a health dossier and breakfast.
Hirslanden Medical Center Wankdorf in Bern publishes CHF 890 for its Basic Check-up, which takes about 2–2.5 hours. It covers blood pressure, ECG, oxygen saturation, spirometry, blood tests, a physician examination, a discussion of results and a written report.
None of the three packages lists imaging. No comprehensive, cardiac, women's or men's package is priced. Packages differ in content and are grouped by the level the provider gives them, so the same level at two clinics may not contain the same tests.
None of the three clinics states a guarantee, repeat terms or aftercare. All three include a doctor's review or discussion of the results. No clinic names the doctor for its package; Hirslanden names a physician associated with its check-up service but does not assign that physician to the package.
