Three clinics in Germany publish a current price for hormone therapy on their own websites, read on 28 October 2026. Prices are in euros. This page covers only published prices and terms.
For testosterone therapy per month, Privatpraxis Hyung-Joon Park in Duisburg publishes two prices. A testosterone injection, which the practice describes as a ready-made licensed medicine, costs from around EUR 160 (≈ USD 179) per month. An oral testosterone preparation that the practice describes as compounded and "bioidentical" costs EUR 260 (≈ USD 291) to EUR 700 (≈ USD 784) per month, depending on the dose.
For an initial testosterone assessment with laboratory tests, Praxis Männergesundheit in Berlin publishes EUR 250 (≈ USD 280) in total: EUR 196 (≈ USD 219) for laboratory tests and EUR 54 (≈ USD 60) for a 25-minute online appointment. For an initial menopausal hormone therapy assessment with laboratory tests, Hormonzentrum an der Oper in Munich gives approximately EUR 1,000 (≈ USD 1,119) for a consultation with diagnostics.
