Our reading
Fifteen Mexican fertility clinics were checked on their own websites on 23 October 2026, and three publish a price in US dollars for international patients that can be compared. Many other clinics publish complete price lists in pesos with no stated tariff for visitors; those stay in our data and are not shown here.
For IVF with the patient's own eggs, CONCIBO publishes from USD 4,800, FertilyMed in Cancún USD 6,500–7,500 per cycle and The Fertility Center USD 9,000. FertilyMed's pages are not consistent on medication: its home page says the price includes medication, while its IVF page says medication is extra. FertilyMed also publishes USD 14,900–19,900 for IVF with donor eggs, without the recipient's medication, and USD 2,500 for a frozen embryo transfer. We re-read FertilyMed's three price pages and all three figures match.
Peso price lists show how much detail exists for local patients. HOPE IVF, for example, lists natural IVF, mini-IVF, standard and all-inclusive IVF, egg donation and egg freezing as separate fixed prices, and Life Fertility lists genetic testing per embryo. Nido Fertility gives two different dollar figures for IVF on two pages of its site, so neither is shown.
Commitments are rare. Two clinics publish terms on results: Ingenes offers a refund of up to 50% if there is no ongoing pregnancy after all contracted cycles, subject to individual eligibility; ViaFERT states that it does not guarantee pregnancy. Three clinics describe follow-up after the patient returns home, and one names the treating doctor.
