Our reading
This page reports only what clinics publish about the price and terms of plasma exchange and double filtration plasmapheresis. It says nothing about whether either treatment works for any purpose, and nothing here should be read that way.
Three clinics in Thailand publish a price for one session on their own websites, read between 28 and 30 October 2026. Each price is given in the currency the clinic uses.
For plasma exchange, CH 9 Airport Hospital (Chularat 9 Airport) in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, near Bangkok, publishes USD 3,900 per session. It lists a medical consultation, a pre-procedure health assessment, the required pre-procedure laboratory tests, the procedure itself, monitoring during the procedure, a post-procedure assessment and a follow-up consultation as included.
For double filtration plasmapheresis, Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital in Bangkok publishes a package at THB 90,000 (≈ USD 2,667) for one treatment. The hospital states that the package can be used until 31 December 2026, requires a medical assessment before purchase, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. It includes the procedure and physician, service and hospital charges, and excludes medicines, laboratory tests and other additional or special expenses. LINNA Clinic in Bangkok publishes THB 159,000 (≈ USD 4,712) for one session and does not state what the price includes.
Plasma exchange and double filtration are different procedures. Their prices are separate comparisons and are never compared with each other.
None of the three clinics states a guarantee on its own site. None states terms for a session that has to be repeated, what follow-up is available after the patient returns home, or who the treating doctor is.
