Our reading
Three clinics in Colombia publish a current price for a health check-up. Prices were read on the clinics' own websites between 28 and 31 October 2026, and all are in Colombian pesos. Packages are compared only within the level the clinic gives them.
At the basic level, Auna Colombia publishes two executive packages: COP 1,100,000 (≈ USD 348), which it says includes laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging and a specialist consultation, and COP 1,728,000 (≈ USD 547), with 16 laboratory tests, a chest X-ray, ECG and full abdominal ultrasound.
At the comprehensive level, Centros Médicos Colmédica / Clínica del Country in Bogotá publishes COP 1,321,000 (≈ USD 418) for its Express package, listed as 8 examinations, 2 specialists and 3 hours. Auna Colombia publishes COP 2,500,000 (≈ USD 792) for its standard package, with an echocardiogram, a stress test and a cardiologist evaluation, COP 3,900,000 (≈ USD 1,235) for its advanced package, which adds colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, and COP 4,134,000 (≈ USD 1,309) for a second advanced package.
At the cardiac level, only Colmédica publishes a price: COP 1,889,000 (≈ USD 598), listed as 10 examinations, 3 specialists and 4 hours.
For women, Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe in Medellín publishes three plans, each with a price for women under and over 40: COP 1,917,434 (≈ USD 607) to 1,932,052 for the classic plan, COP 3,703,732 (≈ USD 1,173) to 3,718,350 for VIP and COP 4,770,485 (≈ USD 1,510) to 4,775,867 for premium. Colmédica publishes COP 3,810,000 (≈ USD 1,206) for ages 18 to 39 and COP 4,279,000 (≈ USD 1,355) from 40.
For men, Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe publishes COP 1,632,316 (≈ USD 517) to 1,821,539 for the classic plan, COP 3,418,614 (≈ USD 1,082) to 3,607,837 for VIP and COP 4,470,794 (≈ USD 1,416) to 4,659,972 for premium. Colmédica publishes COP 3,482,000 (≈ USD 1,102) for ages 18 to 39 and COP 3,697,000 (≈ USD 1,171) from 40. Its women's and men's packages are listed as 30 examinations, 5 specialists and 7 hours.
Colmédica's figures are counts of examinations as it lists them. The count includes clinical and diagnostic examinations and is not a count of laboratory tests; it does not state a number of laboratory tests. Packages differ in content, so the same level at two clinics may not contain the same tests.
No clinic states a guarantee, repeat terms or aftercare. Hospital Pablo Tobón Uribe names its doctors and lists a final report among its inclusions. Auna Colombia and Colmédica do not name the doctor.
