Our reading
This page reports only what clinics publish about the price and terms of penile prosthesis implantation. It says nothing about whether the treatment works for any purpose, and nothing here should be read that way.
Three clinics in Turkey publish a price for one penile prosthesis operation. Prices were read on the clinics' own websites between 25 and 30 October 2026, in the currency each clinic uses.
Dr. Arif Demirbaş in Bursa publishes a range of USD 5,000 to 7,000 for a malleable prosthesis and USD 8,000 to 11,000 for an inflatable implant, and does not state what the price includes. Andro Expertise — Dr. Zülfü Sertkaya in Istanbul publishes a starting price of EUR 4,500 (≈ USD 5,037) for an all-inclusive package, listing the operation, the implant, the hospital stay, 5 hotel nights, airport transfers, medicines and a postoperative kit, and 6-week video follow-up. Istanbul Penile Implant Centre — Prof. Dr. Bülent Alıcı publishes a starting price of EUR 7,000 (≈ USD 7,835) covering the surgical fee, the lowest-cost device, a standard hospital, preoperative assessment, postoperative reviews and anaesthesia and theatre; accommodation and upgraded hospital or device costs are extra. The Andro Expertise and Alıcı prices are published as starting prices, with the exact price given in a written quote after consultation or a review of the patient's history, as the clinics state.
Different implant types and package levels are different units and are not compared with each other.
Dr. Arif Demirbaş gives partial guarantee information: he says the implant guarantee is usually lifetime and depends on the brand and model. The other two state no guarantee, and none of the three publishes revision terms or what follow-up is available after the patient returns home. All three name the doctor.
Istanbul Urology Clinic, formerly listed here as Istanbul I Clinic, describes itself on its own site as a patient coordination brand, so it is now in our [intermediaries](/intermediaries/) table and not in this comparison.
