Prices and terms as each clinic publishes them on its own website, checked 29–31 October 2026. Converted at the reference rate of 2026-10-23 for comparison; the clinic charges in its own currency. Not a quote: the clinic confirms the final price. «Not found» means we could not find it on the clinic's own site; ask the clinic.

Our reading

This page reports only what residences publish about their monthly price and terms. It says nothing about the quality of care or about whether a residence suits a particular person.

Five residences in Thailand publish a monthly price that meets all the conditions of this comparison: medical care, a monthly price with the currency named, acceptance of residents from other countries stated in words, and an entry in the register of the licensing authority. Prices were read on the residences' own websites on 31 October 2026. They are shown in the currency each residence publishes, without conversion.

Care levels are separate comparisons, and a price is compared only within one level, per month. For independent living with medical service, Muang Klaeng Elderly Care Centre in Klaeng, Rayong publishes THB 34,000 (≈ USD 1,008) and Ban Sabai Village Senior Residence in Chiang Mai between THB 67,000 (≈ USD 1,985) and THB 120,000 (≈ USD 3,556), depending on the room. For assisted living, Muang Klaeng publishes THB 37,000 (≈ USD 1,096) and Evercare Nursing Home in Bangkok THB 55,000 (≈ USD 1,630) for a private furnished room, or THB 70,000 (≈ USD 2,074) with a dedicated caregiver. For 24-hour nursing care, KIN Origin Nursing Home Pattaya in Bang Lamung, Chonburi publishes from THB 25,000 (≈ USD 741), Evercare THB 30,000 (≈ USD 889) for a bedridden resident with oral feeding and THB 35,000 (≈ USD 1,037) for high care with tube feeding, and Muang Klaeng THB 40,000 (≈ USD 1,185). For memory care, VivoCare Residence in Chiang Mai publishes one price for a single room in several currencies: USD 3,500, EUR 3,000 (≈ USD 3,358), CHF 2,750 (≈ USD 3,336), GBP 2,650 (≈ USD 3,543) or AUD 5,000.

What the monthly price covers differs. KIN Origin lists accommodation, three meals, 24-hour nurses and daily activities, and gives its price as a starting price. Ban Sabai's prices are for accommodation with breakfast per person; care packages and further meals are priced separately and are not compared. Only its rates for stays of one to six months are compared; its lower rates for stays of seven months or longer are not. Muang Klaeng lists the room, meals, laundry and basic nursing help, and excludes medicines and individual physiotherapy. It publishes separate tariffs for Thai and foreign residents; only the foreign-resident monthly tariff is compared. Its care levels are named in Thai, and the table gives an English gloss with the published wording.

All five residences are in the public list of licensed elderly-care establishments of the Department of Health Service Support. The recorded licensing dates are 25 February 2022 for Muang Klaeng, 1 May 2024 for Ban Sabai, 7 November 2024 for KIN Origin, with expiry on 6 November 2029, and 8 October 2025 for VivoCare. Evercare's record gives licence number 100430038-69 and does not display a date. VivoCare states that it provides palliative or end-of-life care; this is not compared. None of the five names a treating doctor on the pages checked.
