Our reading
Four clinics in Thailand publish a current price, read on clinic websites on 25 and 27 October 2026, all in Thai baht. A monthly programme and a single pen are different offers and are not compared.
Two clinics sell a monthly programme. TRT Bangkok in Pattaya publishes from THB 7,500 a month for semaglutide (Wegovy or Ozempic) and from THB 12,900 for tirzepatide (Mounjaro) at the starter dose, including a consultation, the take-home pen, delivery and monitoring; it names Dr. Kenika Norrachetdecha. D' Lovevery Clinic in Bangkok sells a one-month set: semaglutide (Wegovy or Ozempic) at THB 17,000 for 0.5 mg and THB 19,000 for 1 mg, and Mounjaro at THB 25,000 for 2.5 mg and THB 29,000 for 5 mg. It states that Mounjaro prices include consultation and shipping.
Three clinics price one pen. D' Lovevery Clinic lists Mounjaro at THB 33,000 for 7.5 mg and THB 37,000 for 10 mg, with consultation and shipping. HealthDeliver lists Ozempic at THB 9,990 for 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg and THB 10,900 for 1 mg, Mounjaro from THB 11,900 and Wegovy from THB 2,999; a doctor consultation (THB 700) and delivery (THB 300 per order) cost extra. ProDerma lists Mounjaro from THB 12,200 for 2.5 mg to THB 29,500 for 15 mg, less per pen for two or more, without saying whether a consultation is included. Liraglutide (Saxenda) is on request at HealthDeliver.
Under a [Thai FDA notice](https://www.fda.moph.go.th/news/1409/), from 15 September 2026 injectable liraglutide and semaglutide are special controlled medicines: a pharmacy may sell them only on a doctor's prescription, handed over by a pharmacist. The notice does not name tirzepatide.
