Each includes an individual therapy plan, regular check-ups, health monitoring and comprehensive laboratory tests, with testosterone injections up to once, twice or four times a month. IKM – Institut komplexní medicíny in Ostrava publishes CZK 5,500 (≈ USD 253) for a trial month, including testosterone injections, laboratory monitoring and physician consultations. ANDROS – testosteronová klinika pro muže in Ostrava publishes CZK 5,990 (≈ USD 276) for a trial month with gel, and does not state what it includes. ALPHALABS in Prague and Brno publishes CZK 6,975 (≈ USD 321) a month for injections or for gel, each with physician oversight and blood tests. Trial-month prices are shown as the clinics state them. Monthly rates that require an annual membership or prepayment are not included here.
For an initial assessment with laboratory tests, IKM publishes CZK 1,990 (≈ USD 92), covering laboratory tests, a urologist's examination and an eligibility assessment. ANDROS publishes CZK 2,190 (≈ USD 101) for patients under 45 and CZK 2,609 (≈ USD 120) from age 45, the latter adding PSA. TestoClinic publishes CZK 2,800 (≈ USD 129) for a comprehensive examination with a physician consultation.
