Our reading
Six Polish clinics publish prices for IVF on their own pages, and the first thing to settle is what a figure covers. A full own-egg cycle is published as a package by InviMed (PLN 11,200 for ICSI, including retrieval, anaesthesia, embryology, a fresh transfer and a psychologist's visit), GAMETA (PLN 6,540 for IVF and PLN 8,680 for IVF-ICSI, including monitoring, retrieval, embryology, freezing and a first year of storage) and Klinika Bocian (PLN 9,800 for the retrieval and laboratory procedure, with the transfer priced separately). TFP Fertility Macierzyństwo gives about GBP 2,500 for an IVF-ICSI cycle on a page written for UK patients. Medication is outside every one of these figures.
A frozen embryo transfer is the one item priced by five clinics on the same terms: PLN 1,960 at GAMETA, 2,300 at ARTVIMED, 2,600 at InviMed, 2,890 at Klinika Bocian and 2,940 at nOvum. Donor-egg programmes range from PLN 10,800 at ARTVIMED to PLN 29,500 at InviMed, which includes donor costs, thawing, ICSI, a fresh transfer and freezing of surplus embryos; Klinika Bocian publishes PLN 19,000 with frozen and PLN 22,000 with fresh donor eggs.
On commitments, Poland is quiet. INVICTA publishes a guarantee of at least one blastocyst in its donor programme, with further eggs supplied free if that is not reached, but does not publish the programme price. Gyncentrum advertises a "pregnancy or 100% reimbursement" programme with eligibility conditions. No clinic names the treating physician for a cycle, and as of 21 October 2026 only GAMETA, INVICTA and Salve Medica describe follow-up after the patient goes home — remote consultations at the first two, coordinator support at the third.
