Our reading
Four clinics in the Dominican Republic publish a current price for NAD+ infusions on their own websites, read on 24 and 26 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars and Dominican pesos. This page covers only published prices and terms, not whether the treatment works.
All four price one session. Dr. Tiurina in Punta Cana publishes from USD 300 for 500 mg, from USD 400 for 1000 mg and from USD 500 for a dose above 1000 mg, as base prices. CESALUD in Santo Domingo starts from USD 150 for an infusion of 120–180 minutes, dose not stated. Gerencia Integral in Santiago de los Caballeros publishes USD 450 for 120 minutes, no dose stated. Rayo de Salud in Santo Domingo publishes DOP 9,997 for an infusion and DOP 5,000 for an intramuscular NAD+ injection, both sale prices without a dose.
No clinic prices a course. CESALUD mentions four to eight sessions, and Clinique Du Corps a six-week protocol (50 mg in week 1, then 100 mg per session), neither with a price. A course price and a session price are different units and should not be compared directly.
Gerencia Integral includes an initial medical evaluation; CESALUD and Dr. Tiurina require a consultation first without saying whether it is charged. Two of the four name the doctor: Dra. Gabrielina Mercedes at CESALUD and Dra. María Pacheco at Gerencia Integral. Clinique Du Corps (Dr. Saddam Peña) and Relief publish no price. No clinic publishes aftercare, follow-up after the patient returns home, or terms for a stopped or repeated session.
