Our reading
Seven fertility clinics in the United States publish a self-pay price that can be compared. Prices were read on the clinics' own websites on 2 November 2026, and all are in US dollars. The clinics are in Florida, California, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut and Hawaii. Prices are self-pay packages; medication is extra at most clinics, and an embryo transfer is often charged separately from the IVF cycle.
For IVF with the patient's own eggs, four clinics publish a price: International Fertility Center of Hawaii USD 8,000–13,000 for self-pay IVF, Reproductive Partners Medical Group in Redondo Beach USD 14,000–18,000, Fertility Solutions USD 14,300 per cycle for its IVF Assist programme, without medication or the first consultation, and New England Fertility Institute in Hamden from USD 16,000.
A frozen embryo transfer costs USD 3,375 at Hudson Valley Fertility, which excludes ultrasound, bloodwork, medication and storage, from USD 4,950 at Main Line Fertility in Bryn Mawr and USD 4,500–7,000 at the Center for Reproductive Medicine in Orlando. Egg freezing costs from USD 8,500–13,000 at the Center for Reproductive Medicine, which includes monitoring, retrieval, vitrification and one year of storage, from USD 8,900 at Main Line and USD 10,000–13,000 at Reproductive Partners. IUI runs from USD 750 for a single cycle at Hudson Valley to USD 1,500–5,000 at the Center for Reproductive Medicine.
