Our reading
Thirteen Spanish fertility clinics were checked on their own websites on 23 October 2026, and seven publish prices that can be compared. Spanish clinics publish unusually complete lists: own-egg IVF, egg donation, embryo donation, frozen transfer and egg freezing are each priced as a programme, often in two or three levels that add laboratory techniques.
For IVF with the patient's own eggs, six clinics publish a figure, from EUR 4,300 at URE Centro Gutenberg through EUR 4,550 at FIV Valencia, EUR 4,800 at FIVMadrid and EUR 5,290 at Fertilab to EUR 5,495–7,625 across three levels at Institut Marquès and EUR 5,800 at HC Fertility. Packages that add genetic testing of embryos cost more and are kept separate.
Egg donation, the treatment Spain is best known for, is published by seven clinics: from EUR 5,000 at FIVMadrid to EUR 6,710–10,490 at Institut Marquès, with most between EUR 6,800 and EUR 8,150. Embryo donation costs EUR 2,695–3,990 at five clinics, and egg freezing EUR 2,200–2,955 at six. A frozen embryo transfer is EUR 1,100 at URE Centro Gutenberg and EUR 1,550 at HC Fertility. What each price includes differs, notably whether medication and the first transfer are covered; check the inclusions line before comparing.
Two clinics publish a commitment on results: Fertilab's guaranteed-blastocyst programme and FIV Valencia's minimum of two blastocysts. No clinic in the sample says what happens if a cycle has to be repeated beyond its package terms, none describes follow-up after the patient returns home, and only HC Fertility names the treating doctor.
