Our reading
Four Spanish clinics publish a current price for NAD+ infusions on their own websites, read on 24 and 26 October 2026; three are in Barcelona and one in Madrid. Prices are in euros. This page covers only published prices and terms, not whether the treatment works.
For one session, Santé Clinics in Barcelona publishes EUR 500 for 250 mg, EUR 750 for 500 mg and EUR 1,000 for 1000 mg, for an infusion of 60–120 minutes. VIT & GO in Barcelona publishes two differently named NAD+ infusions at EUR 295 and EUR 395, VAT included, without a dose. SENSOR23 in Barcelona starts from EUR 350, confirmed before the visit, and DG Longevity Clinic in Madrid publishes EUR 250; neither states the dose.
Only DG prices a course: two sessions at EUR 480 and three at EUR 550. Santé Clinics recommends four to six sessions but publishes no course price, and VIT & GO shows course fees only per session. A course price and a session price are different units and should not be compared directly.
Santé Clinics says a medical assessment comes first and the infusion is supervised; SENSOR23 says a physician prescribes and a nurse administers, in the clinic or at home. DG and VIT & GO do not say who supervises. None of the four names the doctor responsible for the treatment; SENSOR23 lists a physician team without assigning one. No clinic says whether a consultation or tests are included, and none publishes aftercare, follow-up after the patient returns home, or terms for a stopped or repeated session.
